The installer is gone. We take it from here.
AllSolar Energy Inc has been a licensed Florida solar contractor since 1999, and homeowners across the state know us as the company that answers when the original installer will not. We service systems we did not install, and we do it every week.
Three ways a solar system ends up alone
However yours got here, the fix starts the same way: someone licensed finally looks at it.
Your installer closed
The phone number is disconnected, the website is down, and your warranty paperwork points to a company that no longer exists. Florida has watched dozens of solar companies fold, and their customers inherit the silence. We pick up where they left off.
Abandoned with no support
The company still exists on paper, but calls go to voicemail, service requests vanish, and nobody has looked at your system in years. An unsupported system loses production quietly, one small fault at a time. You deserve someone who picks up the phone.
You inherited an orphan system
You bought a home with solar already on the roof. No manuals, no monitoring login, no idea who installed it or when it was last touched. We identify the equipment, document what you own, and give you a clear picture of its condition.
How a rescue works
Four steps from stranded to supported, and the first two happen before anyone drives to your home.
Tell us what you have and what happened
Call or send a service request. Share whatever you know: the installer's name, the equipment brands, when things stopped working, or simply "I have no idea." All of it helps and none of it is required.
Office review
Our office researches your equipment, checks for monitoring access, reviews any history you can share, and builds a picture of your system before scheduling a visit.
Onsite evaluation and written condition report
A licensed technician evaluates the system at your home and documents its condition in writing, so you know exactly where you stand.
A plan for what comes next
Healthy systems can join an AllSolar Cares membership for ongoing attention. Systems that need work get a clear repair scope, quoted and approved by you before we proceed.
The whole system, not just the panels
If it makes power or heat from the sun, we can evaluate it, service it, and stand behind it going forward.
- Solar electric (PV) systems of any age
- Battery storage
- Solar pool heating
- Solar hot water
- Any brand we can source parts for
- Systems with no documentation at all
What rescue customers ask first
Will you service my brand of equipment?
Almost always. We work across the major PV, battery, pool heating, and hot water brands, and we take on any brand we can source parts for. If a manufacturer has also disappeared and parts genuinely cannot be found, we tell you that up front and lay out your options.
My installer's warranty vanished. Now what?
Your system probably carried two kinds of warranty. Manufacturer warranties on panels, inverters, and other equipment may survive the installer's closure, because they come from the manufacturer rather than the installer. Workmanship warranties usually do not survive, because the company that promised them no longer exists.
During your rescue we assess both honestly and tell you what is still real, what is gone, and what that means for your system.
Do I need my original paperwork?
No. Many rescue customers have nothing at all. We identify your equipment onsite, document what exists, and build the record your system should have had from the beginning.
Do I have to become a member?
No. Rescue evaluations and repairs are professional services available to any homeowner in our service area. Many rescue customers choose an AllSolar Cares membership afterward for ongoing attention, but it is entirely optional. Membership is not insurance and not an equipment warranty.
Stop hoping someone calls back
Tell us what is on your roof and what happened. Our office reviews everything before payment, and a licensed Florida contractor takes it from there.
