Professional Service Terms
Plain terms for one time professional services performed by AllSolar Energy Inc. Written so you can actually read them.
AllSolar Energy, Inc. · Effective date: July 9, 2026
These Professional Service Terms apply to one time professional services performed by AllSolar Energy, Inc. ("AllSolar," "we," "us"), a Florida licensed contractor (licenses CVC056660 and EC13005027) located at 4205 St Johns Parkway, Sanford, FL 32771. They cover diagnostics, repairs, Removal and Reset, panel cleaning, critter guard, and other individual services across the four system categories we work on: solar electric (PV), battery storage, solar pool heating, and solar hot water. We service systems we did not install. These terms are separate from the Membership Terms that govern AllSolar Cares plans.
Scope is approved before work begins
Every professional service starts with a defined scope of work that you approve before we begin. If we find additional work is needed once we are on site, we stop, explain what we found, and get your approval before doing anything beyond the approved scope. We do not perform and bill surprise work.
How pricing works
Professional services are priced one of three ways, and we tell you which one applies before you commit:
- Quote. We prepare a written quote for the specific work on your system, and you approve it before we schedule the work.
- Office review before payment. For some services, our office reviews the details of your system and request first, then confirms the price with you before any payment is taken.
- Approved fixed price. Some standard services carry an approved fixed price, including published member pricing where your AllSolar Cares plan applies. The price is confirmed to you before scheduling.
If you are an AllSolar Cares member, eligible plan discounts and credits are applied to professional services as described in the Membership Terms.
Deposits
Some services require a deposit before we order materials or reserve crew time. When a deposit applies, the amount and whether it is refundable are disclosed to you in writing before you pay anything. Refundability is stated per service at the time of quote, because it depends on the work, for example whether materials have already been ordered.
Scheduling
Scheduling is subject to availability. We give you an appointment window and keep you informed, including a text when your technician is on the way if you have opted in to text messages. Weather, safety conditions, and prior jobs running long can move an appointment; if that happens, we contact you to reschedule. Response times are not guaranteed.
Access and safety
- An adult must be available to provide access to the property at the scheduled time, and pets should be secured.
- We may need access to your roof, attic, electrical panel, pool equipment pad, or water heater, depending on the service.
- Our technicians follow safety standards for roof and electrical work. We may pause or stop work if conditions are unsafe, such as lightning, high winds, or an unstable roof, and reschedule the remainder.
- If we find a hazard on your system, we will tell you about it even if fixing it is outside the approved scope.
Permits and engineering
Some work requires permits or engineering under Florida law and local building codes. When they are required, permits and engineering are quoted separately and are not included in the base service price unless your quote says so.
Workmanship warranty
Our workmanship warranty for each service is provided in writing with your work order, so you always know exactly what is covered and for how long before the work is done. Equipment itself is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, not by us; manufacturer charges, processing requirements, and coverage decisions belong to the manufacturer. Roof repairs, storm damage, and replacement equipment are covered only when they are part of the approved scope in writing.
Payment terms
- Payment is due when the work is completed unless your quote or work order states different terms in writing.
- We accept the payment methods listed on your invoice, and you can pay your technician on site or through the secure payment link we send.
- If a balance remains unpaid, we may pause further scheduled work and follow up with you until it is resolved.
Estimates and findings
Diagnostic findings and repair recommendations reflect the condition of your system at the time of the visit. Solar equipment ages and conditions change, so quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote itself.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. The terms in effect when you approve a scope of work are the ones that apply to that work.
