Memberships

What is AllSolar Cares?

AllSolar Cares is a service and membership program provided by AllSolar Energy Inc, a Florida licensed solar contractor serving homeowners since 1999. Members pay a monthly or annual fee for ongoing care, scheduling benefits, and member pricing on eligible services for their solar electric (PV), battery storage, solar pool heating, and solar hot water systems.

There are three plans: Care Basic 2026 at $15 monthly or $149 annually, Care Plus 2026 at $29 monthly or $299 annually, and Care Elite 2026 at $49 monthly or $499 annually. See the full comparison on the Membership Plans page.

Is a membership insurance or an equipment warranty?

No. AllSolar Cares is not insurance and it is not an equipment warranty. It is a maintenance and service membership. Manufacturer warranties stay with the equipment manufacturer, and parts, permits, engineering, roof repairs, replacement equipment, storm damage, and manufacturer charges are not included unless separately approved.

When can I use my included benefits?

Support benefits, member pricing, discounts, and the remote system health review are yours from day one on every plan. The waived standard diagnostic visit and the annual panel cleaning credit are available immediately on annual billing, and after 60 days of consecutive active membership on monthly billing. The satisfaction policy protects your membership payment, not free services, so any refund is reduced by the standard value of benefits already used.

Do unused benefits roll over to the next year?

No. Benefits do not accumulate from one membership year to the next, and unused benefits have no cash value. Each benefit resets with your membership year, so the best value comes from actually using them.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. There is no long term contract. You can cancel at any time by calling 866-412-4218 or emailing info@allsolarenergy.com. Unused benefits have no cash value, and the full details live in the membership terms.

What is the difference between the plans?

Care Basic is the entry plan, with a 5 percent discount on eligible upgrades and additional services. Care Plus steps up the discounts: 10 percent on eligible repair labor plus 7 percent on eligible batteries, critter guard, panel cleaning, and upgrades. Care Elite is the top tier: 10 percent on eligible repair labor, an annual panel cleaning credit up to $150, a $100 annual upgrade credit after 12 consecutive paid months, and one waived standard diagnostic visit per active membership year.

Do I need monitoring access for the remote review?

It helps. The remote review works from your system's monitoring portal, so we need you to have access to it, or to grant us access. If your original installer controlled the monitoring account and is gone, tell us. Restoring monitoring access is one of the most common things we handle on rescue visits, and we will tell you what it takes before anything is scheduled.

Professional Services

Do I need a membership to request service?

No. Anyone in our 16 county service area can request service. Memberships add member pricing and scheduling benefits, but every homeowner gets the same licensed technicians and the same office review before payment.

How does pricing work?

One of three paths, depending on the service. Some services are quoted up front by our office. Some start with an assessment or diagnostic visit, followed by a written scope for your approval. Members receive published member pricing on eligible services. In every case the office reviews the work order before payment, and nothing is billed without your approval.

Do you service systems you did not install?

Yes. It is a specialty, not an exception. Homeowners whose installers closed, disappeared, or stopped answering the phone make up a large part of our service work, which is why AllSolar Energy Inc is known for solar rescue. Whoever installed your system, we will take it on.

Which brands do you work on?

We service most major residential solar equipment across all four categories: solar electric (PV), battery storage, solar pool heating, and solar hot water. If the original installer is gone and you are not sure what you have, photos of the equipment labels are usually enough for our office to identify it. When a component is obsolete or no longer supported by its manufacturer, we say so plainly and lay out your options.

How fast can you come out?

Honest answer: it varies. Scheduling depends on the season, the weather, parts, and where you are in our 16 county area. Members receive priority scheduling tiers, and those benefits are subject to availability. No one, member or not, gets a guaranteed response time from us, because we would rather be straight with you than sell a promise we cannot always keep. The office confirms a real appointment window when your request is reviewed.

Legacy Members

What is a legacy member?

A legacy member joined AllSolar Cares on an earlier plan that is no longer offered for sale. Legacy plans remain attached to the accounts that hold them. The plans sold on this site today are the 2026 plans: Care Basic, Care Plus, and Care Elite.

Will my legacy plan change automatically?

No. We never move a legacy member to a new plan automatically. Your plan stays as it is unless you ask to change it.

How do I use my legacy benefits?

Request service the way any member does, through the Member Help page or by calling the office. Our office verifies the legacy plan on your account and applies its benefits to the work order. If you are not sure what your legacy plan includes, ask and we will pull it up for you.
