Professional solar panel cleaning
Florida pollen, dust, and ash build a film your panels cannot shed on their own. We clean with deionized water and panel safe methods so your system produces the way it should, on any array, from any installer.
Soiled panels quietly cost you production
Rain rinses the worst of it, but it never removes the film. Season after season, buildup shades cells and drags production down without ever throwing an alert.
- Spring pollen coats glass in a haze rain does not clear
- Dust, ash, and exhaust residue settle after dry spells and burns
- Bird droppings shade individual cells and create hot spots
- Irrigation overspray leaves mineral spotting that bakes on
Cleaned the way panel manufacturers intend
No pressure washers, no harsh chemicals, no shortcuts on your roof.
Deionized water
Purified, mineral free water lifts the film and dries without spotting, so the glass is left truly clean instead of rinsed and streaked.
Panel safe methods
Soft brushes and gentle technique protect the glass, frames, and seals. We never pressure wash panels or use chemicals that can damage coatings.
Production notes
Where your monitoring allows, we note production before and after the cleaning so you can see what the buildup was costing you.

Panel cleaning FAQ
How often should solar panels be cleaned in Florida?
It depends on your site. Homes near heavy tree pollen, agriculture, busy roads, or irrigation overspray build film faster than others. Many Florida homeowners find an annual cleaning keeps production steady, which is why the Care Elite plan includes an annual panel cleaning credit. If your monitoring shows output slipping without a fault, soiling is a common cause worth checking.
Will cleaning damage my panels or affect the warranty?
Not the way we do it. Deionized water, soft brushes, and gentle technique are the methods panel manufacturers intend, and we never use pressure washers or harsh chemicals that can damage coatings, frames, or seals. That is also the risk with driveway style washing, which is why we recommend leaving rooftop work to a licensed contractor.
Do you clean systems you did not install?
Yes. We service systems we did not install, and that includes cleaning. Any panel brand, any original installer, including systems whose installer is no longer in business. While we are on the roof, we will also flag anything that looks off so small issues do not become repairs.
