Membership is not insurance and not an equipment warranty. Response times are not guaranteed. Benefits do not accumulate and unused benefits have no cash value. On monthly billing, the waived diagnostic visit and panel cleaning credit unlock after 60 days of active membership; annual plans include them immediately. Satisfaction policy refunds are reduced by the standard value of benefits already used.

What memberships never include

A membership is a care program, not insurance and not an equipment warranty. These items are never part of a membership unless separately approved.

You approve everything first Separately quoted work is always approved by you before it begins. Repairs and upgrades go through an office review before payment, and members receive their plan discounts on eligible work.

Membership questions, answered

Can I cancel my membership anytime?

Yes. You can cancel at any time. Monthly memberships run through the end of the current billing month and annual memberships run through the end of the paid year. Unused benefits have no cash value. Full details are in the membership terms.

How do membership benefits reset each year?

Benefits are provided per active membership year and reset at each renewal. They do not accumulate, do not roll over, and unused benefits have no cash value. For example, an annual inspection that is not used in one membership year does not become two inspections the next year.

Is the diagnostic visit free?

Only Care Elite 2026 includes one waived standard diagnostic visit per active membership year. Care Basic 2026 and Care Plus 2026 members receive published member diagnostic visit pricing, which is confirmed by our office before any visit is scheduled.

Do member discounts apply to parts?

No. Discounts apply to eligible repair labor and the listed categories only. Parts, permits, engineering, roof repairs, replacement equipment, storm damage, and manufacturer charges are not included unless separately approved. Every repair or upgrade is quoted and approved by you before work begins.

What systems qualify for a membership?

Solar electric (PV), battery storage, solar pool heating, and solar hot water systems located in our 16 Central and West Florida counties. We service systems we did not install, including systems from installers that are no longer in business. Care Elite 2026 includes a coverage review of your eligible systems when you enroll.
