This Privacy Policy describes how AllSolar Energy, Inc. ("AllSolar," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information. AllSolar Cares is a service and membership program provided by AllSolar Energy Inc, a Florida licensed contractor (licenses CVC056660 and EC13005027) located at 4205 St Johns Parkway, Sanford, FL 32771. This policy covers the allsolarcares.com website, the AllSolar Cares membership program, and our service operations.

Information we collect

• Contact information you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, and service address, when you request service, join a membership plan, call us, or text us.
• Solar system and service details, such as your equipment, its condition, and your service history with us. This applies to all four system categories we service: solar electric (PV), battery storage, solar pool heating, and solar hot water.
• Payment information is processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card number on our systems.
• Basic website usage data, such as pages visited, used to keep the site working well.

How we use your information

• To provide, schedule, and follow up on solar inspection, maintenance, and repair services.
• To manage your AllSolar Cares membership and billing.
• To communicate with you about your service requests and appointments by phone, email, and text message (SMS), where you have agreed to receive them.
• To meet our legal, licensing, and warranty obligations.

Text messaging (SMS) and your consent

You opt in to receive text messages from AllSolar Energy by checking the SMS consent box on our forms, such as the service request form. If you opt in, we will send you messages related to your service request and account, such as appointment scheduling, technician arrival, and service status updates. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

• Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
• Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive a final confirmation message and no further texts.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run our business, such as our payment processor (Stripe), our scheduling and job management software, and telecommunications carriers that deliver calls and messages, and only as needed to serve you. These providers may not use your information for their own marketing. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Data retention and security

We keep service records for as long as needed to support your system, honor warranties, and meet Florida contractor licensing requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information.

Your choices

You may contact us at any time to review or correct the contact information we hold about you, to unsubscribe from marketing email, or to stop text messages by replying STOP. Service records tied to licensing and warranty obligations are retained as described above.

Children

Our services and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
