Find onsite solar service
AllSolar's own crews serve 17 Central, East, and West Florida counties. If your property is somewhere else in Florida and the job needs somebody physically there, tell us what you need and we will try to point you at an independent provider.
What an AllSolar referral is not
An independent provider is a separate business. They are not AllSolar employees, not AllSolar agents, and not AllSolar subcontractors. Nothing about a referral extends anything of ours to them, and we want that in plain language rather than buried:
AllSolar may review information supplied by a provider, including licensing, insurance, trade experience, and service territory. This review is not a guarantee of the provider's performance, availability, workmanship, pricing, or continued qualifications. Homeowners should review the provider's current credentials and agreement before authorizing work.
Independent providers do not honor AllSolar Cares membership benefits, pricing, credits, warranties, or service obligations. A referral does not extend anything of ours to them.
- They do not honor AllSolar Cares benefits
- They do not honor AllSolar pricing
- They do not honor AllSolar credits
- They do not honor AllSolar priority
- They do not honor AllSolar warranties
- They are not bound by AllSolar service standards
You contract directly with the provider. They quote you, they schedule you, they warrant their own work, and any dispute about that work is between you and them.
Before any provider is listed
We do not publish or refer to a provider until we have reviewed their licensing, their insurance, the service territory they actually cover, and their business status, and we review active providers again every year. That review is about whether they are a real, licensed, insured business in the area you are in. It is not a guarantee of the work they do, and we do not pretend otherwise.
If we have a business relationship with a provider that could affect which one you hear about, we tell you at the time of the referral.
A lot of this does not need a truck
A meaningful share of what looks like a broken system is a broken connection. If your production went flat but your electric bill did not change, the panels are almost certainly still working and only the reporting stopped, which is a settings problem, not a roof problem.
Before you pay anybody to come out, it is worth having someone establish remotely whether the system is producing but not reporting, whether the monitoring gateway is simply offline, whether a cellular monitoring plan expired, or whether the manufacturer's own portal is just delayed. We do that statewide, and quite often the answer costs nothing.
Tell us what you need
We ask for a ZIP code rather than a street address. If a provider takes the job, you give them the address yourself.
The record of it should still be yours
If an independent provider takes the job, the paperwork, the parts, and the warranty information are still yours to keep, and keeping them somewhere permanent is what makes the next problem easier. A free Solar Home account does that, wherever in Florida you are and whoever turns the screwdriver.
