Legacy Members
If you joined AllSolar Cares before the 2026 program, you are a Legacy Member. Nothing about your plan changed.
Plans purchased before the 2026 program keep their original pricing and their original benefits. We do not move anyone to a new plan, and we do not reprice existing agreements.
Because legacy benefits vary by original agreement, the office verifies your exact plan before quoting any work. That is how we make sure you get everything your agreement includes.

Using your benefits
Three things every member should know, whatever plan you are on.
How annual benefits work
Annual benefits apply per active membership year. They do not accumulate from year to year, and unused benefits have no cash value. On monthly billing, the waived diagnostic visit and panel cleaning credit become available after 60 days of active membership; annual plans include them from day one.
Booking your annual inspection
If your plan includes an annual inspection — Care Plus, Care Elite, and their legacy equivalents — call the office or request service online and mention your membership. We confirm your plan and get it on the schedule.
How discounts get applied
Member discounts are verified by the office and applied on the work order. There is no code to enter — just make sure we have the address on your account so we can match you to your plan.
AllSolar Cares membership is not insurance and not an equipment warranty. Response times are not guaranteed, and priority and scheduling benefits are subject to availability. Benefits do not accumulate and unused benefits have no cash value. Parts, permits, engineering, roof repairs, replacement equipment, storm damage, and manufacturer charges are not included unless separately approved.
Common member questions
Will my legacy price change?
No. Legacy plans keep the pricing you signed up with for as long as your membership stays active. The 2026 plans and prices apply only to new memberships.
Can I switch to a 2026 plan?
Yes, by request through the office. Call or email and we will walk you through the current plans so you can decide if a switch makes sense. Changes are never automatic — your plan only changes if you ask for it.
What if my payment failed?
Request a secure billing link with the form above and update your payment method — it takes a couple of minutes. If you would rather handle it by phone, call the office at 866-412-4218 and we will help you get it sorted.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel yourself through the secure billing link, or call the office and we will take care of it. Your membership benefits run through the end of the period you have already paid for.
Need a service visit?
Members can request service any time. We confirm your plan and apply any member benefits before work begins.
