Membership Terms
The terms that govern AllSolar Cares memberships, this website, and our text messaging program.

These Membership Terms ("Terms") apply to the allsolarcares.com website, the AllSolar Cares membership program, and the AllSolar Energy text messaging program. AllSolar Cares is a service and membership program provided by AllSolar Energy Inc ("AllSolar," "we," "us"), a Florida licensed contractor (licenses CVC056660 and EC13005027) located at 4205 St Johns Parkway, Sanford, FL 32771. By using this website, joining a plan, or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms.
The 2026 membership plans
Three plans are offered under the 2026 program. Each plan includes the benefits published on the plans page at the time of your enrollment, plus the defined benefits below. Whether a specific item of work, part, or product is eligible for a discount or credit is determined by our office at the time of quote.
Care Basic 2026
- $15 monthly or $149 annually.
- 5 percent discount on eligible upgrades and additional services.
Care Plus 2026
- $29 monthly or $299 annually.
- 10 percent discount on eligible repair labor.
- 7 percent discount on eligible batteries, critter guard, panel cleaning, and upgrades.
Care Elite 2026
- $49 monthly or $499 annually.
- 10 percent discount on eligible repair labor.
- Annual panel cleaning credit up to $150.
- $100 annual upgrade credit after 12 consecutive paid months.
- One waived standard diagnostic visit per active membership year.
Benefit rules
- Benefits apply per active membership year and only while your membership is active and paid.
- Benefits do not accumulate or roll over from one membership year to the next.
- Unused benefits have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash, credit, or refund.
- Benefits are not transferable between people or properties without our written approval.
- Discounts and credits apply only to eligible items as determined by our office and cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so in writing.
What membership is not
Membership covers the benefits described in your plan. It is not an insurance policy, an equipment warranty, or a guarantee of system production. Response times are not guaranteed, and priority and scheduling benefits are subject to availability.
Exclusions
Unless separately approved in writing, membership does not include:
- Parts and materials.
- Repair labor beyond the stated discounts of your plan.
- Permits and engineering.
- Roof repairs.
- Removal and Reset of panels for roof replacement.
- Replacement equipment.
- Storm damage.
- Manufacturer charges.
Work outside your membership benefits is available as a professional service under our Professional Service Terms and is always quoted and approved by you before we perform it.
Legacy Members
Members who enrolled before the launch of the 2026 program are Legacy Members. Legacy Members keep the benefits and pricing of their original plan, including plans no longer offered to new members such as Extended Range Coverage. Legacy benefits are defined by the original membership agreement in effect when you enrolled, not by the 2026 plan descriptions on this website. Our office verifies legacy plan details when you request service. Legacy Members can start at Member Help.
Billing, renewal, and cancellation
- Memberships renew automatically on the billing cadence you select, monthly or yearly, until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time, either self service through your account or by contacting our office by phone or email.
- When you cancel, your benefits continue through the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not prorate partial periods unless required by law.
- All plans include a 60 day satisfaction policy from your initial purchase. The satisfaction policy protects your membership payment, not free services: any refund issued under it is reduced by the standard, nonmember price of included benefits already used, including any waived standard diagnostic visit ($349 standard value), any panel cleaning credit amount used, and any member discounts received during the refunded period.
- Included benefit eligibility on monthly billing: the waived standard diagnostic visit and the annual panel cleaning credit become available after 60 days of consecutive active paid membership when billing monthly. Annual billing plans have these benefits available immediately. The annual remote system health review, member pricing, discounts, and support benefits are available from day one on every plan.
Text messaging program (SMS Terms)
AllSolar Energy sends service related text messages, such as appointment scheduling, technician arrival, and service status updates, to customers who have opted in.
- How you opt in: by submitting a form on our websites, such as the service request form, with the SMS consent box checked. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Message frequency varies depending on your service activity.
- Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your messaging plan.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming your opt out, and no further messages will be sent.
- Help: reply HELP to any message, call 866-412-4218, or email info@allsolarenergy.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile number and opt in consent are used only for this program. As described in our Privacy Policy, no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Services performed under membership
Service visits, inspections, and repairs are performed by AllSolar Energy Inc under Florida licenses CVC056660 and EC13005027. Any work beyond the scope of your membership benefits will be quoted and approved by you before we perform it.
Website use
The content on allsolarcares.com is provided for general information about our services. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false or misleading information through our forms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, AllSolar's liability related to the website or membership program is limited to the amounts you paid for the membership during the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under Florida consumer protection law.
Changes to these Terms
If we update these Terms, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the website or program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
