Membership is not insurance or an equipment warranty. Scheduling benefits are subject to availability. Annual benefits do not accumulate and unused benefits have no cash value. On monthly Care Elite billing, eligible annual benefits become available after 60 days of active membership; annual Care Elite plans include them immediately.

Yes. Servicing systems installed by other companies is a core part of what we do, including systems whose original installer has closed or left Florida. We work on all four categories: solar electric, battery storage, solar pool heating, and solar hot water.
Do I need a membership to request service?
No. Anyone in our service area can request professional service. AllSolar Cares memberships add discounts and benefits for homeowners who want ongoing care, but service is open to everyone.
Is AllSolar Cares insurance or a warranty?
No. Membership is not insurance and not an equipment warranty. It is a service membership provided by AllSolar Energy Inc, a licensed Florida contractor, with member discounts and benefits on the professional services we perform. Priority and scheduling benefits are subject to availability, and response times are not guaranteed.
