Do you service systems you didn't install?

Yes — that's actually our specialty. AllSolar is known statewide as Florida's solar rescue leaders, taking on abandoned and orphan systems whose original installer closed, disappeared, or stopped honoring service. If your panels are in our coverage area, we'll inspect them and put you on a maintenance plan regardless of who put them on the roof.

What's actually in the 12-point inspection?

DC connections, panel output measurement, inverter health, mounting hardware, roof penetrations, junction boxes, conduit integrity, grounding, monitoring system, breaker connections, system performance vs spec, and full visual roof condition. You get a written report.

Is this an insurance policy?

No. AllSolar Cares is a maintenance membership program, not insurance. It covers proactive inspection, priority scheduling, and reduced or waived trip fees. Parts and labor for major repairs are billed separately at member discount rates.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. All plans include a 60-day satisfaction policy with a full refund. After that, cancel monthly or yearly any time and you keep coverage through the end of the period you paid for.

What about pool heat or solar hot water systems?

We service all three solar categories: photovoltaic (PV electric), solar pool heat, and solar hot water. Mention your system type when you sign up and we'll match you to the right inspection checklist.
